We Support Indigenous Literacy Foundation

Please help us support Indigenous Literacy Foundation by purchasing our Aboriginal Printed artwork Candles. We are proud to announce that for every candle bought from our Australiana Range. a percentage of the sale will be donated towards Indigenous Literacy Foundation

This is to support Indigenous communities in learning literacy and inspiring communities to tell and publish their own stories. The artwork of our candles have been designed by a famous award winning artist based in Wollongong which inspired us to create this new range of candles. The fragrances used are all typical Australian inspired fragrances which gives these candles an unique look and smell.

ILF works in over 250 remote communities, providing the communities with culturally appropriate books and resources, which can be scarce. We hope that with the help of our donation they will be able to purchase books and resources for their education.

Reading opens doors to a world of opportunities and learning.

Indigenous Literacy Foundation provides remote indigenous communities with books 40% of which include Indigenous authors and illustrators. Books suitable from babies to adults are provided to remote schools, libraries, playgroups, women’s centers, youth centers and other service-based organizations.

Over 40% of these books are created by Indigenous authors and illustrators, with more growing each year! And we hope that every support we provide helps them to grow more each year.
